Chance Swafford faces several charges, including abuse of an endangered or impaired person, multiple theft counts—including four involving firearms—criminal mischief, and obtaining a signature by deception. He also faces a misdemeanor charge related to real property filings. Alexis Swafford is charged with similar offenses, including four counts of firearm theft and two major theft charges. Both are being held on $100,000 bond each.
