Texarkana, Texas Police arrested three teens early Wednesday morning after an alert resident spotted them pulling on car door handles in the Shadow Brook neighborhood.
The resident called 911 around 4:15 a.m., followed the suspects briefly, and gave officers a description and license plate number. Minutes later, police found the suspect vehicle at a Richmond Road convenience store and detained the three teens inside.
Investigators linked them to car burglaries in Shadow Brook and Jan Circle. Officers recovered two pistols—one stolen—along with drugs, cash, and other stolen items.
Jacob Casteel and Xavier Negron, both 17, were booked into the Bi-State Jail. A 16-year-old juvenile also faces multiple charges, including one for a prior felony warrant.
