The Texarkana City Council last night approved acceptance of a grant award totaling 30 thousand dollars from the 2022 NFC/TRAPS Healthy Cities Campaign.
The 2022 NFC/TRAPS Healthy Cities Campaign is part of a national movement to make world-class fitness free and accessible in public spaces across the country. The money will be added to the Fiscal Year 2022 budget through a budget amendment.
