Texarkana police are seeking a second suspect in the Sunday slaying of a 26-year-old Texarkana man.
An arrest warrant has been issued for 22-year-old Daevion Williams of Texarkana in connection with the murder of Joseph Ross. Ross was found suffering from a gunshot wound on Sunday morning and was taken to a local hospital where he died of his injuries. He is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information of his whereabouts should contact the Arkansas-side police.
