Texarkana police have apprehended a suspect in the Sunday slaying of a 26-year-old Texarkana man.
22-year-old Daevion Williams was arrested today in connection with the murder of Joseph Ross. Ross was found suffering from a gunshot wound on Sunday morning and was taken to a local hospital where he died of his injuries.
