TexAmericas Center has received a Rural Business Development Grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture to support business growth and job creation in the Texarkana region.

TexAmericas Center has received a Rural Business Development Grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture to support business growth and job creation in the Texarkana region.

The federal funding will be used for feasibility studies and technical assistance for small and emerging companies considering locating in the area. Leaders say the goal is to reduce barriers for employers and speed up the process of bringing new businesses online.

TexAmericas Center operates one of the nation’s largest mixed-use industrial parks in New Boston, Texas, and was recently ranked among the top industrial parks in the country.
