A Texarkana, Texas woman is now in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement after pleading guilty to child endangerment charges earlier this year.

A Texarkana, Texas woman is now in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement after pleading guilty to child endangerment charges earlier this year.

Authorities say the woman entered a guilty plea in February 2026 and was sentenced to probation. However, shortly after sentencing, she was taken into ICE custody due to her immigration status.

Her name and specific immigration details have not been released.

The case now moves to immigration court, where she could face deportation to her country of origin.
