Collom & Carney Clinic Association will close all clinic locations on Today, because of inclement weather. The clinic plans to resume normal business hours on Wednesday, January 28. Patients with scheduled appointments Today are encouraged to contact their providers to reschedule.

Several school districts and offices will also be closed due to unsafe road and winter weather conditions. Liberty-Eylau ISD and Texarkana ISD announced all schools and district offices will remain closed Today, with no classes or activities.

Additional closures include schools in Ashdown, Atlanta, Dekalb, DeQueen, Fouke, Genoa, Hooks, Hope, Malta, Maud, New Boston, Queen City, Pleasant Grove, Redwater, Texarkana Texas, Texarkana Arkansas, and Trinity Christian School.

Red River Army Depot will be closed, and Western Waste will not operate trash pickup on Today.
